Hi, my name is Daneille Ostafichuk, and I am a Program Coordinator here at the Camrose Family Resource Centre. Much of my time is spent delivering family supports and services to families in our rural communities. Growing up in rural Alberta I have developed a strong passion for breaking down barriers and ensuring services are available to all families regardless of geographical location.

After I received my diploma in Early Childhood Education, I developed my skills in a various number of early education programs and I quickly recognized how hard it can be for families to navigate all the challenging pieces that make up our children, teens and their needs; I love sharing strategies, tips and tricks, that might make home life a little less challenging. I love meeting families where they are at and supporting them to build on their strengths as well as educate and empower. Connecting families to the right resources at the right time is my favorite part about this work!

When I am not developing my skills for work I love spending time with my family. I have two children who absolutely amaze me but run me off my feet and remind me daily just how hard parenting can be! We love being outside and all things camping; but when the winter comes we will hibernate and spend way to much time watching movies and eating popcorn!
